Very expected game in Istanbul where 10th ranked Manisa (13-16) was defeated by sixth ranked Sigortam.net ITU (18-11) 72-63 on Friday. Sigortam.net ITU made 17-of-18 free shots (94.4 percent) during the game. They also forced 20 Manisa turnovers. American guard Chad Frazier (192-92, college: UAB) stepped up and scored 10 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners and the former international swingman Cenk Akyol (198-87, agency: BeoBasket) chipped in 17 points.
