Sixteenth-ranked Eisbaeren Bremerhaven (8-24) used its home court advantage to challenge twelfth ranked Deutsche Bank Skyliners (15-17). The visitors from Frankfurt managed to secure only two-point victory 80-78. However their fans expected much easier game. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Eisbaeren Bremerhaven. American players dominated the game. Deutsche Bank Skyliners have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Braunschweig. Eisbaeren Bremerhaven at the other side keeps the sixteenth position with 24 games lost. Deutsche Bank Skyliners will play against Braunschweig (#11) on the road in the next round.
