Kormend stormed past Sopron KC to sweep the quarterfinal series. It was a good game for American Leyton Hammonds (203-94, college: Oklahoma St., agency: Inception Sports) who led his team to a victory with 22 points and 8 rebounds. His fellow American import guard Desonta Bradford (193-96, college: ETSU) contributed with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. American forward Alan Wiggins (206-85, college: USF, agency: Pensack Sports) answered with 12 points and 8 rebounds and guard Zoltan Supola (190-88, agency: HMS) added 12 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Sopron KC.
