Regular Season Round 4: Amager - SISU 87-62

Very significant was Amager's (#2, 3-0) victory against one of their biggest challengers SISU (2-2) 87-62. The game without a history. Amager led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 20-of-24 free shots (83.3 percent) during the game. Amager forced 24 SISU turnovers and outrebounded them 40-21 including a 17-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international forward Ena Viso (179-93, college: S.Dakota St.) who helped to win the game recording 28 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists (made all of her eight free throws) and guard Ida Klussmann (169-93) who added 18 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Four Amager players scored in double figures. At the losing side the former international guard Ida Pretzmann (178-90, college: TCU) responded with 13 points and 4 assists and guard Anna-Clara Mogensen (175-97) scored 9 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Amager have a solid three-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains second position with 3-0 record behind leader Horsholm. SISU at the other side keeps the third place with two games lost. They share the position with Herlev. Amager are looking forward to face league's leader Horsholm on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. SISU will have a break next round.
