Rather predictable result when fifth ranked Science City Jena (6-1) won against on the road 9th ranked Schalke (2-4) 84-75. Naturalized American point guard Brad Loesing (182-89, college: Wofford) fired 20 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. American guard Matt Vest (195-92, college: Wright St.) chipped in 12 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Five Science City Jena players scored in double figures.
