Another exciting game was played in Treutchlingen between fourth ranked Ansbach and second-best Treuchtlingen where Ansbach (5-2) beat Treuchtlingen (4-3) on the road with 16-point difference 106-90. It was a key game for the second position in South-East. Ansbach outrebounded Treuchtlingen 48-31 including 19 on the offensive glass. It was a good game for American point guard TyLik Evans (173-96, college: USC Aiken) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 41 points (!!!), 11 rebounds and 8 assists. Forward Simon Walter (202-89, college: Cumberland) contributed with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Lucca Woerrlein replied with 31 points and 8 rebounds and guard Claudio Huhn (185-89) added 12 points and 9 assists in the effort for Treuchtlingen. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Treuchtlingen's coach Stephen Harlander rotated eleven players seeing no chance for a win.
