Regular Season Round 5: Tofas - Bahcehir 91-78

U19 League top team - Tofas (5-0) managed to deliver another win on Sunday. This time they beat ninth ranked Bahcehir (0-4) in Bursa 91-78. Tofas looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Forward Berkan Aksu (203-1) orchestrated the victory by scoring 28 points and 5 rebounds. Ata Atsuren (190-2) contributed with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 6 rebounds and 11 assists for the winners. Five Tofas players scored in double figures. Center Abdulkadir Gulsen (202-1) answered with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 21 rebounds and guard Eray Durmayaz (189-1) added 23 points and 7 assists in the effort for Bahcehir. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for Tofas. They maintain first place with 5-0 record, which they share with Anadolu Efes and TED Ankara. Bahcehir lost their fourth game in a row. They still close the standings with four games lost. Tofas will face league's second-placed Fenerbahce in Istanbul in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Bahcehir will play at home against Turk Telekom (#3) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
