No shocking result in a game when leader TED Ankara (5-0) crushed at home bottom-ranked Bursaspor (0-5) 83-62 on Sunday. They outrebounded Bursaspor 47-31 including a 36-24 advantage in defensive rebounds. Guard Alperen Ercan (191-1) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 17 points, 15 rebounds and 7 assists. Forward Eyup Oncu (203-2) contributed with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Guard Mete Tekcevik (187-1) answered with 23 points and 7 assists and Mustafa Atasoy (195-1) added 20 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Bursaspor. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for TED Ankara. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Anadolu Efes and Tofas. Bursaspor lost their fifth game in a row. They still close the standings with five games lost. TED Ankara will face TAC NEF (#3) in Tarsus in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Bursaspor will play at home against Gaziantep (#6) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
