Very important is a road loss of third ranked Bursa BSB (5-2) against eleventh ranked Urla BLD (3-4) on Friday night. Visiting Bursa BSB was defeated by Urla BLD in a tough game in Izmir 52-60. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Bursa BSB. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Dejza James (185-95, college: Arizona) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 24 points and 22 rebounds. Beril Arik (-94) contributed with 14 points and 4 assists for the winners. American center Jatarie White (193-95, college: Texas) answered with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 13 rebounds and guard Rabia Celebi (167-85, agency: 1andBox Sports Agency) added 5 points, 11 rebounds and 7 assists in the effort for Bursa BSB. Despite that victory Urla BLD went down to twelfth position due to points difference. Bursa BSB at the other side keeps the third place with two games lost. They share the position with Mardin BSB. Urla BLD will play against Yalova Vip (#15) at home in the next round. Bursa BSB will play against the league's leader Istanbul Uni (#1) having rather not much hope for a victory.
