Regular Season Round 9: TKS 49ers - BSW Sixers 93-101

Leader Sixers delivered the eighth victory. This time they beat 10th ranked RSV Eintracht (2-7) 101-93 in Stahnsdorf. Sixers players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Ferdinand Zylka (190-98, agency: BeoBasket) nailed 28 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals for the winning side and Croatian point guard Luka Petkovic (190-88) accounted for 19 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. Sixers' coach Sebastian Ludwig allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Mubarak Salami (197-96) came up with 29 points and 5 rebounds and swingman Max Stoelzel (196-0) added 11 points and 7 rebounds respectively for RSV Eintracht in the defeat. Four Sixers and five RSV Eintracht players scored in double figures. Sixers (8-1) have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. They maintain first place in North. Newly promoted RSV Eintracht keeps the tenth position with seven games lost. Sixers' next round opponent will be SSV Lok Bernau (#5) on the road. RSV Eintracht will play against Duesseldorf (#6) and hope to win that game.
