There was no surprise in Vienna where 5th ranked Linz Wels (1-7) were defeated by third ranked Flying Foxes (5-3) 80-64. Spanish guard Agueda Trujillo (180-95, college: Idaho) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 30 points and 13 rebounds. Guard Diana Picorusevic (160-92) contributed with 15 points and 6 assists for the winners. Point guard Lisa Ganhor (168-1) replied with 22 points and 5 rebounds and guard Simone Schwarzinger (177-96) added 14 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Linz Wels. Flying Foxes moved-up to second place, which they share with BK Duchess and Basket Flames. Linz Wels at the other side keep the fifth position with seven games lost. They share it with Timberwolves. Flying Foxes will play against league's second-placed BK Duchess in Klosterneuburg in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Linz Wels will play at home against Basket Flames and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
