We should mention about the upset which took place in Wels, where 6th ranked Raiffeisen Flyers Wels (5-6) lost at home to ninth ranked Hallmann (3-8) 76-84. They made 16-of-19 charity shots (84.2 percent) during the game. It was an exceptional evening for point guard Luka Gvozden (184-93) who led the winners and scored 17 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international Jason Detrick (195-80, college: Oklahoma) accounted for 20 points and 4 assists for the winning side. Five Hallmann players scored in double figures. The former international Davor Lamesic (205-83, agency: Interperformances) came up with 23 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists and American point guard Derek Jackson (185-91, college: Kent St.) added 18 points and 4 assists respectively for Raiffeisen Flyers Wels in the defeat.
