Regular Season Round 10: Mladost ZE - OKK Beograd 81-76

Very expected game in Zemun where 14th ranked OKK Beograd (1-9) was defeated by sixth ranked Mladost ZE (6-4) 81-76 on Saturday. However just five-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. OKK Beograd was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. American guard Trey Drechsel (198-96, college: GCU) scored 24 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Igor Mijajlovic (192-84) chipped in 16 points and 7 assists during the contest. At the losing side forward Aleksandar Langovic (205-1, agency: BeoBasket) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds and forward Nikola Malesevic (202-89, college: URI, agency: BeoExcell) scored 13 points and 6 rebounds. Five Mladost ZE and four OKK Beograd players scored in double figures. OKK Beograd's coach Branko Milisavljevic rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Mladost ZE have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Novi Pazar. OKK Beograd lost third consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with nine games lost. Mladost ZE will face Novi Pazar (#6) on the road in the next round. OKK Beograd will play against the league's leader Borac (#1) and hope to win that game.
