An interesting game took place in Ankara where higher ranked Bursaspor (5-6) was upset on the court of twelfth ranked Turk Telekom (4-7) 80-62 on Sunday. Turk Telekom looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. It was a great evening for French center Moustapha Fall (218-92) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field). Canadian power forward Kyle Wiltjer (208-92, college: Gonzaga) helped adding 20 points. Four Turk Telekom players scored in double figures. Turk Telekom's coach Burak Goren allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. American guard Allerik Freeman (190-94, college: NC State, agency: Slash Sports) responded with 21 points and 5 assists and the other American import forward Perry Jones-III (211-91, college: Baylor) scored 16 points and 6 rebounds. Turk Telekom moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Besiktas and OGM Orman. Newly promoted Bursaspor keeps the eighth position with six games lost. Turk Telekom will face bottom-ranked ITU BB (#16) in Istanbul in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game.
