Regular Season Round 12: FMV Isik - Anadolu Efes 50-100

U19 League top team - Anadolu Efes (12-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed tenth ranked FMV Isik BB (1-11) in Istanbul 100-50. Anadolu Efes dominated down low during the game scoring 72 of its points in the paint compared to FMV Isik BB's 30. Anadolu Efes forced 26 FMV Isik BB turnovers and outrebounded them 52-18 including a 25-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. Anadolu Efes players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by FMV Isik BB's players. It was a good game for forward Eren Has (201-1) who led his team to a victory with 17 points and 6 rebounds. Dogan Yucetas (-2) contributed with 17 points for the winners. Four Anadolu Efes players scored in double figures. Hamza Halezeroglu (-2) replied with 9 points and forward Yigit Aydin (193-99) added 9 points in the effort for FMV Isik BB. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Anadolu Efes have an impressive 12-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 12-0 record. FMV Isik BB lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the tenth place with 11 games lost. Anadolu Efes' next round opponent will be Bursaspor (#8) at home and are hoping to win another game. FMV Isik BB will play against TED Ankara and hope to win that game.
