Third-ranked Idstein (8-5) made lots of trouble for leader Karlsruhe SC (13-0). The visitors from Karlsruhe managed to secure only three-point victory 75-72. However their fans expected easier game. Worth to mention a great performance of Rouven Roessler (198-80) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 5 rebounds.
