Leader SG Schwelmer Baskets delivered the tenth victory on Saturday night. This time they beat 11th ranked RSV Eintracht (3-9) 84-76 in Stahnsdorf. The best player for the winners was American-Panamanian forward Anell Alexis (200-90, college: Marist) who scored 17 points and 9 rebounds. American guard Montrael Scott (190-93, college: PVAMU) chipped in 14 points, 6 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals. Five SG Schwelmer Baskets players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American center Diago Quinn (206-96, college: Monmouth) who recorded 22 points and 9 rebounds and swingman Sebastian Fuelle (193-92) added 20 points respectively. RSV Eintracht's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. SG Schwelmer Baskets have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain first position in North with 10-2 record. Newly promoted RSV Eintracht dropped to the twelfth place with nine games lost. SG Schwelmer Baskets will face Iserlohn (#9) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. RSV Eintracht will play against Duesseldorf and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
