The game in Vienna supposed to be also worth to mention about. 7th ranked Arkadia Lions (3-9) played at the court of eighth ranked Hallmann (4-8). Hallmann smashed Arkadia Lions 100-67. The game was mostly controlled by Hallmann. Arkadia Lions was better in third quarter 24-23. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Hallmann had a 27-16 advantage in offensive rebounds. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. The best player for the winners was Israeli center Anton Shoutvin (206-89) who scored 36 points (!!!), 8 rebounds and 4 blocks. Point guard Luka Gvozden (184-93) chipped in 14 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists. Five Hallmann players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American swingman Shawn Ray (194-80, college: NC Central) who recorded 18 points and 8 rebounds and Slovenian point guard Jan Razdevsek (191-0) added 12 points and 8 assists respectively. Arkadia Lions' coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Hallmann moved-up to seventh place. Arkadia Lions lost fifth consecutive game. They dropped to the eighth position with nine games lost. Hallmann's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Vienna to the arena Timberwolves.
