Regular Season Round 23: Silute - Delikatesas 82-86

The game between second ranked Silute (17-5) and seventh ranked Delikatesas (11-11) was the most important one in the last round on Thursday night. Silute was defeated by Delikatesas in a tough game in Silute 82-86. It was a great evening for Giedrius Stankevicius (207-96) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 32 points and 11 rebounds. Eimantas Stankevicius (192-98, agency: Octagon Europe) helped adding 15 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. Ernestas Sederevicius (195-98) responded with 14 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international Simonas Serapinas (197-82) scored 18 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Delikatesas moved-up to sixth place. Silute at the other side dropped to the third position with five games lost. Delikatesas are looking forward to face league's leader Telsiai in Telsiu in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Silute will play on the road against Zalgiris II in Kaunas and is hoping to win this game.
