TKBL top team - Emlak Konut (11-2) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat sixth ranked Bursa BSB (8-6) 66-54. They outrebounded Bursa BSB 46-31 including 16 on the offensive glass. Emlak Konut players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Nihal Gungor (-90) fired a double-double by scoring 18 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. The former international forward Deniz Colakoglu (185-87) chipped in 14 points and 5 rebounds. Emlak Konut's coach Vedat Saglik allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. The former international power forward Melike Bakircioglu (191-87, agency: 1andBox Sports Agency) produced 18 points and American center Jatarie White (193-95, college: Texas) added 8 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for lost side. Newly promoted Emlak Konut maintains first place with 11-2 record. Bursa BSB at the other side dropped to the seventh position with six games lost. Emlak Konut's next round opponent will be Duzce Bld (#6) which should be theoretically an easy game. Bursa BSB will play against Bayrakli and hope to win that game.
