Very expected game in Ankara where 13th ranked OGM Orman (4-11) was defeated by ninth ranked Besiktas (7-8) 80-72. They made 16-of-20 charity shots (80.0 percent) during the game. It was an exceptional evening for American Shaquielle McKissic (196-90, college: ASU) who led the winners and scored 19 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. German guard Ismet Akpinar (193-95, agency: BeoBasket) accounted for 19 points (went 9 for 9 at the free throw line !!!) for the winning side. American point guard Chris Warren (178-88, college: Ole Miss) came up with 26 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and Bosnian center Elmedin Kikanovic (211-88, agency: BeoBasket) added 17 points and 6 rebounds respectively for OGM Orman in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. OGM Orman's coach Korhan Aydanarig rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Besiktas moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Turk Telekom and Bursaspor. OGM Orman lost their fifth game in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the thirteenth position with 11 games lost. Besiktas' supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Istanbul Acibadem.
