Important game to mention about took place in Bursa. Tenth ranked Merkezefendi (8-6) saved a 2-point victory on the road edging 7th ranked Final Spor (8-6) 80-78 in the game for the fifth place. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Final Spor. They outrebounded Final Spor 45-28 including 31 on the defensive glass. Ukrainian Olexandr Mishula (192-92) scored 17 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the former international Umit Sonkol (206-82) chipped in 8 points and 11 rebounds during the contest.
