Regular Season Round 13: LTH Castings - Troti 67-73

The game in Skofja Loka was also worth to mention about. Third ranked Troti (10-3) played at the court of 7th ranked LTH Castings (5-8). Troti managed to secure a 6-point victory 73-67. It looked good early as LTH Castings took a 1-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Troti had a 18-14 second period charge getting the lead and LTH Castings were not able to take back game control losing it eventually 67-73. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Bojan Krivec (188-87) who helped to win the game recording 16 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Power forward Jure Licen (197-0) contributed with 13 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Four Troti players scored in double figures. Point guard Jernej Heine (185-0) answered with 7 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists and forward Jure Ribnikar (196-94) added 10 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for LTH Castings. LTH Castings' coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Troti maintains third place with 10-3 record behind leader Triglav. LTH Castings at the other side keep the seventh position with eight games lost. Troti will play against Portoroz (#11) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. LTH Castings will play against Celje (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
