Ogden is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Andre Gomes (-0) came up with 20 points and Sidney Correia added 11 points and 10 rebounds respectively for Braga in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Academica. They moved-up to fifth place.
