EBAA was ahead by 8 points at the halftime before a 50-32 second half run of Svendborg. Worth to mention a great performance of DR Congolese-Canadian guard Myck Kabongo (190-92, college: Texas) who helped to win the game recording 20 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. American power forward Durell Vinson (202-85, college: Wagner) contributed with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. American center Keane Thomann (211-89, college: Missouri So.) replied with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists and center Jonas Schaarup (203-93) added 17 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for EBAA. EBAA's coach Mads Sigersted rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Svendborg have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain fourth position with 10-7 record. EBAA at the other side keeps the third place with 12 games lost. Svendborg will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. EBAA will play on the road against the league's leader Horsens IC and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
