TKBL top team - Emlak Konut (14-2) added another victory to their record. This time they beat seventh ranked Antalya 07 (9-7) 77-73. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Antalya 07. Emlak Konut dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Antalya 07's 22 and made 18-of-21 charity shots (85.7 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Antalya 07 41-29 including a 32-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a quality performance of guard Halime Uykan (165-89) who helped to win the game recording 17 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists and Senegalese power forward Aminata Fall (193-91, college: S.Nazarene, agency: Two Points) who added 14 points and 13 rebounds during the contest. Four Emlak Konut players scored in double figures. At the losing side American guard Loryn Goodwin (175-94, college: Oklahoma St.) responded with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 10 rebounds, 7 assists and 5 steals and naturalized Swedish guard Meryem Gultekin (166-90) scored 13 points and 8 assists. Emlak Konut have a solid four-game winning streak. Newly promoted Emlak Konut maintains first position with 14-2 record. Antalya 07 at the other side dropped to the sixth place with seven games lost. They share the position with Duzce Bld. Emlak Konut will play against Bayrakli (#5) in the next round. Antalya 07 will play against Urla BLD and hopes to get back on the winning track.
