Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. The former international guard Arina Bilotserkivska (170-89) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists. Forward Anna Gvichiani (168-99) contributed with 14 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Frankivsk's coach Yuriy Protsuk allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Power forward Valeriia Desiatnyk (187-0) answered with 14 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Olena Popova (170-1) added 13 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Chaika. Four Chaika players scored in double figures. Frankivsk maintains sixth place with 2-10 record. Chaika at the other side keeps the fifth position with ten games lost. Frankivsk's next round opponent will be league's second-placed Dynamo-NPU in Kyiv and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
