AWBL top team - UBI Graz (9-1) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed fifth ranked Linz Wels (1-9) 71-31. The game was mostly controlled by UBI Graz. Linz Wels was better in second period 13-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Linz Wels to just 2 points in fourth quarter and to 10 points in second half.
