Rather expected game when 3rd ranked Akademie Muenchen (7-3) was defeated at home by top-ranked Ludwigsburg BBA (10-0) 82-65 on Sunday. Ludwigsburg BBA forced 27 Akademie Muenchen turnovers. Strangely Akademie Muenchen outrebounded Ludwigsburg BBA 42-26 including a 17-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Point guard Johannes Patrick (185-1) scored 19 points and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American point guard Tyreese Blunt (192-2) chipped in 16 points during the contest.
