Regular Season Round 19: Wusterhausen - Bramsche TuS 95-66

Very expected game when 11th ranked Bramsche TuS (5-12) was smashed by seventh ranked WSG Koenigs (8-9) in Wildau 95-66 on Saturday. WSG Koenigs outrebounded Bramsche TuS 45-30 including 16 on the offensive glass. It was a very good performance for guard Nico Adamczak (191-90) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 7 rebounds. Noe Trenz (195-89) contributed with 11 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. American swingman Kendall Timmons (195-90, college: Tulane) answered with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 16 rebounds and Croatian power forward Sasha Cuic (208-83, college: Oregon St.) added 22 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Bramsche TuS. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. WSG Koenigs maintains seventh place in North with 8-9 record, which they share with Stade. Bramsche TuS lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the eleventh position with 12 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
