Rather predictable result when eighth ranked Hagen BG (10-10) rolled over on the road 12th ranked Dorsten (7-13) 92-69 on Wednesday. Hagen BG dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Dorsten's 26. Quite impressive performance for Lithuanian forward Vytautas Nedzinskas (196-87) who helped to win the game recording 23 points. Daniel Zdravevski (207-1) contributed with 12 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Four Hagen BG players scored in double figures. Center Wilhelm Koehler (206-88) answered with 17 points and 7 rebounds and guard Jonas Peters (197-97) added 21 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Dorsten. Hagen BG maintains eighth place in West with 10-10 record, which they share with Leverkusen 2. Dorsten lost their third game in a row. They keep the twelfth position with 13 games lost.
