Leader Rocks delivered the eighteenth victory. This time they beat 6th ranked Worthersee Piraten (12-10) 81-74 in Mattersburg. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Worthersee Piraten. Worthersee Piraten was tied at the half but could not keep up in last two quarters eventually losing the game. Rocks players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Claudio Vancura (179-92) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 8 assists. American power forward Gary Ware (205-83, college: Purdue, agency: Interperformances) contributed with 20 points, 9 rebounds and 4 blocks for the winners. Guard Lukas Simoner (190-99) replied with 20 points and 6 rebounds and Slovenian guard Tevz Ruzic (193-95) added 16 points and 6 assists in the effort for Worthersee Piraten. Four Rocks and five Worthersee Piraten players scored in double figures. Rocks (18-4) have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain first position. Worthersee Piraten at the other side dropped to the fifth place with ten games lost. They share the position with Mustangs.
