Everything went according to plan when seventh ranked WSG Koenigs (9-9) defeated on the road 12th ranked Rendsburg (4-14) 78-69 on Saturday. Rendsburg was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. Swingman Acha Njei (195-85) orchestrated the victory by scoring 20 points and 4 assists. Swedish guard Jordan-Gerami Lou (-97) contributed with 19 points and 4 assists for the winners. Four WSG Koenigs players scored in double figures. American guard Garrett Jefferson (190-91, college: CBU) replied with 25 points and center Ole Alsen (204-88) added 13 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Rendsburg. Rendsburg's coach Bjarne Homfeldt rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. WSG Koenigs moved-up to sixth place in North, which they share with Neustadt TSV.
