There was no surprise when 12th ranked Rapid Bucuresti (5-10) was defeated on the road by ninth ranked Phoenix Constanta (9-6) 74-66. The hosts were already 17 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 26-17 Rapid Bucuresti's run in the last quarter cut the lead to 74-66 at the end of the game.
