The game between Top Four teams took place in Silute. Third ranked host Silute (23-10) defeated 4th placed Neptunas-Akv. (19-14) 71-63. Silute dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Neptunas-Akv.'s 22. The best player for the winners was point guard Andrius Gaidys (180-94) who scored 18 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. American swingman Omar Alston (203-97, college: Morehouse) chipped in a double-double by scoring 13 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists. Forward Nojus Mineikis (200-0) produced 11 points and 7 rebounds and Klaidas Metrikis (204-0) added 16 points respectively for the guests. Neptunas-Akv.'s coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Silute maintains third place with 23-10 record having six points less than leader Gargzdu. Neptunas-Akv. lost third consecutive game. They keep the fourth position with 14 games lost. Silute will meet Perlas (#8) in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Neptunas-Akv. will play against the league's second-placed Suduva-Mantinga (#2) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
