Very expected game in Adana where 11th ranked Botas (7-13) was defeated by seventh ranked Edremit (12-8) 75-70 on Sunday. Edremit looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. American Jessica Jackson (192-95, college: Arkansas) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 23 points and 13 rebounds for the winners and point guard Gulsah Duman (177-93) chipped in 16 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. The best for the losing side was American center Tearra Banks (188-95, college: Austin Peay) with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 14 rebounds and Hatice Gulcelik (178-2) scored 18 points. Edremit maintains seventh place with 12-8 record. Newly promoted Botas keeps the eleventh position with 13 games lost. They share it with Fenerbahce G..
