Date: February 23, 2020
The game in Copenhagen supposed to be also quite interesting. Second ranked Horsholm (16-2) played at the court of 6th ranked SISU (3-14). Horsholm smashed SISU 104-60 on Sunday. The game without a history. Horsholm led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 20-of-26 free shots (76.9 percent) during the game. Horsholm forced 23 SISU turnovers and outrebounded them 38-18 including 24 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by SISU's players. Worth to mention a great performance of international forward Gritt Ryder (173-92, college: Colorado St.) who helped to win the game recording 35 points (!!!), 8 rebounds and 7 assists (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) and American forward Alyssa Rader (188-97, college: S.Florida) who added 12 points and 11 rebounds during the contest. Five Horsholm players scored in double figures. Guard Taylor Gleason (173-95, college: Oakland) responded with 18 points and guard Anna-Clara Mogensen (175-97) scored 19 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Horsholm keeps a position of league leader. SISU lost ninth consecutive game. They keep the sixth place with 14 games lost. Horsholm will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. SISU will play against Aabyhoj (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
