No shocking result in a game in Leverkusen where fifth ranked SG BBZ Opladen (9-7) defeated 10th ranked ChemCats Chemnitz (1-15) 60-55 on Saturday. However just five-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when SG BBZ Opladen made 10 blocks. The best player for the winners was power forward Martha Middeler (184-99) who had a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds. Center Laura Zdravevska (185-97) chipped in 5 points and 8 rebounds. SG BBZ Opladen's coach Grit Schneider allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game.
