U19 League top team - Anadolu Efes (15-3) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed eleventh ranked Turk Telekom (5-13) in Istanbul 104-55. Anadolu Efes dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Turk Telekom's 40. Anadolu Efes forced 28 Turk Telekom turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 34 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by Turk Telekom's players. Worth to mention a quality performance of Ozan Yilmaz (-3) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 22 points, 10 assists and 7 steals (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) and forward Tarik Sezgun (208-1, agency: BeoBasket) who added 17 points (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) during the contest. Four Anadolu Efes players scored in double figures. Bora Yasar (-3) responded with 9 points and 11 rebounds and point guard Batuhan Acar (-2) scored 9 points and 10 rebounds. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Anadolu Efes maintains first position with 15-3 record, which they share with Fenerbahce. Turk Telekom lost eighth consecutive game. They dropped to the tenth place with 13 games lost. They share the position with 4 other teams. Anadolu Efes will play against Ozel Gelisim Koleji (#9) in Izmir in the next round and are hoping to win another game.
