The game in Wedel was also quite interesting. 4th placed Sixers (11-10) played at the court of eighth ranked SC Rist Wedel (11-10). SC Rist Wedel managed to secure a 8-point victory 90-82 on Sunday. Sixers were plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. American point guard Jalen Ross (183-93, college: Hartford) stepped up and scored 22 points and 7 assists for the winners and point guard Justus Hollatz (191-1) chipped in 16 points and 5 assists. SC Rist Wedel's coach Benka Barloschky used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. The best for the losing side was Croatian point guard Luka Petkovic (190-88) with 26 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and point guard Marko Krstanovic (196-97) scored 17 points and 6 rebounds. Four Sixers players scored in double figures. SC Rist Wedel moved-up to fourth place in North, which they share with 4 other teams including defeated Sixers. SC Rist Wedel will face Iserlohn (#10) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Sixers will play against Duesseldorf (#11) and hope to win that game.
