Everything went according to plan in Essen where twelfth ranked Grevenbroich (9-15) beat 14th ranked ETB Wohnbau (1-24) 95-89 on Saturday. It was a great evening for forward Bastian Becker (196-89) who led his team to a victory scoring 18 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists. American guard Troy Harper (185-95, college: Drexel, agency: Scorers 1st Sportmanagement) helped adding 22 points. British power forward Radwan Bakkali (208-96, college: Indianapolis) responded with 22 points and 9 rebounds and guard Adam Hamad (182-98) scored 16 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists. Four Grevenbroich and five ETB Wohnbau players scored in double figures. Grevenbroich moved-up to eleventh place in West, which they share with Wulfen. ETB Wohnbau lost their seventh game in a row.
