We should not miss the game where eighth ranked SparkassenStars (12-10) against 5th ranked SSV Lok Bernau (11-11) where host SparkassenStars rolled over their opponents by twenty four points 90-66. SparkassenStars players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists. British guard Conner Washington (183-92) notched 28 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the effort and American center Zach Haney (211-96, college: Boise St.) supported him with 15 points and 6 rebounds. SparkassenStars' coach Felix Banobre felt very confident that he used 11 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Even a double-double of 25 points and 10 rebounds by Lorenz Brenneke (206-0) did not help to save the game for SSV Lok Bernau. Konstantin Kovalev (206-95) added 9 points and 7 rebounds for lost side. SparkassenStars moved-up to fourth place in North, which they share with Rist Wedel and Dresden. SSV Lok Bernau at the other side dropped to the seventh position with 11 games lost.
