Second Stage Round 10: Silales Lusis - Ezerunas 94-74

There was a minor upset when 12th ranked Ezerunas (14-22) was outscored by fourteenth ranked Silales Lusis (10-26) in Rietavas 94-74. Silales Lusis players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. Point guard Justas Kosys (183-91) scored 21 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Mindaugas Cepauskas (186-89) chipped in 24 points during the contest. Four Silales Lusis players scored in double figures. At the losing side center Ignas Lukosius (202-93) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 16 rebounds and forward Tautvydas-Kazimieras Vysniauskas (200-98) scored 16 points and 5 rebounds. Newly promoted Silales Lusis maintains fourteenth position with 10-26 record. Ezerunas at the other side keeps the twelfth place with 22 games lost. They share the position with Jonava. Silales Lusis will play against higher ranked Gargzdu (#9) in Gargzdai in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Ezerunas will play at home against Jonava and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
