The game in Vilnius was also quite interesting. 7th ranked Delikatesas (17-22) played at the court of eighth ranked Perlas (16-23). Perlas managed to secure a 5-point victory 102-97 on Thursday. Perlas made 19-of-24 free shots (79.2 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was power forward Einaras Tubutis (205-98) who had a double-double by scoring 23 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists. Forward Simas Jarumbauskas (198-0, agency: Octagon Europe) chipped in 21 points and 6 rebounds. Perlas' coach Gintautas Vileita allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Center Rokas Ulvydas (211-94, college: UCF) produced 24 points and 9 rebounds and Giedrius Stankevicius (207-96) added 18 points and 6 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) respectively for the guests. Five Perlas and four Delikatesas players scored in double figures. Perlas maintains eighth place with 16-23 record. Delikatesas lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with 22 games lost. Perlas will meet higher ranked Silute (#3) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Delikatesas will play against Zalgiris II (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
