Regular Season Round 21: Galatasaray - Fenerbahce 80-77

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked Fenerbahce (18-2) in Istanbul on Saturday night. Visitors were edged by second ranked Galatasaray (15-3) 80-77. It ended at the same time the seven-game winning streak of Fenerbahce. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in the league. Galatasaray have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain second place with 15-3 record having five points less than leader Fenerbahce. Defending champion Fenerbahce still keeps top position with two games lost. Galatasaray are looking forward to face Adana Basket (#9) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Fenerbahce will play against Izmit (#5) and is hoping to win this game.
