Very important is a road loss of Nevezis against Neptunas on Monday night. Visiting Nevezis was defeated by Neptunas in a tough game in Klaipeda 70-76. The hosts trailed by 1 point after three quarters before their 21-14 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Neptunas made 19-of-23 free shots (82.6 percent) during the game. Guard Martynas Mazeika (193-85, agency: Interperformances) notched 19 points (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) to lead the effort and forward Dziugas Slavinskas (203-98) supported him with 12 points and 9 rebounds.
