Helios Suns smashed Hopsi Polzela in Domzale 84-58. The game was mostly controlled by Helios Suns. Hopsi Polzela managed to win fourth quarter 24-10. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Hopsi Polzela 47-32 including 17 on the offensive glass. American forward Aaron Carver (201-96, college: ODU) produced 13 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and Serbian forward Miljan Drekalovic (202-91) added 11 points and 9 rebounds respectively for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Hopsi Polzela will play next round against Sencur Gor. trying to get back on the winning streak. Helios Suns will try to continue on its current victory against Rogaska in Rogaska Slatina.
