Regular Season Round 2: Mladost ZE - Kolubara 103-84

Very predictable result in Zemun where Mladost ZE smashed Kolubara 103-84 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Mladost ZE. Kolubara was better in third quarter 23-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Mladost ZE forced 19 Kolubara turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 32 assists. Matija Belic (200-3) scored 15 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists to lead the charge for the winners and center Dusan Tanaskovic (208-1, agency: BeoBasket) chipped in 11 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Five Mladost ZE players scored in double figures. Swingman Luka Gasic (195-98) responded with 15 points and 7 rebounds and power forward Mladen Vitkovic (198-90) scored 12 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Mladost ZE will face Zlatibor in Cajetina in the next round. Kolubara will play at home against Sloboda U. and hope to win that game.
