Regular Season Round 3: Amager - BAC 83-84

Quite upsetting was Amager's (#2) home defeat in a game versus BAC who edged hosts 84-83. Amager was very close to get their first win. But it seems they have to wait a little bit longer. The guests trailed by 12 points after first quarter, but they rallied back winning two of next three quarters and won the game by 1 point. BAC looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. The best player for the winners was Norwegian guard Nikolas Skouen (191-90, college: Pepperdine, agency: Interperformances) who scored 22 points and 5 rebounds. Point guard Marius Kirkholt (183-97) chipped in 9 points, 7 rebounds and 10 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Jonathan Klussmann (190-2) who recorded 27 points and 5 assists and power forward Andreas Hoier (205-95) added 9 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists respectively. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. BAC will meet at home Vaerlose (#5) in the next round. Amager will play against Bakken and hopes to get finally their first victory.
