Regular Season Round 2: KOS - DBBC Graz 38-61

Another interesting game for DBBC Graz which played in Celovec against KOS. DBBC Graz crushed hosts 61-38. It looked good early as KOS took a 3-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then DBBC Graz had a 18-10 second period charge getting the lead and KOS was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 38-61. DBBC Graz dominated down low during the game scoring 38 of its points in the paint compared to KOS's 16. DBBC Graz forced 28 KOS turnovers. Forward Ajla Meskic (183-5) scored 15 points and 9 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Bosnian forward Eni Nizamic (183-99) chipped in 13 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Slovenian center Nikolina Sofric (186-0) responded with 6 points and 14 rebounds and Slovenian guard Tina More (170-96) scored 7 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. DBBC Graz will play against Vienna United at home in the next round. KOS will play against Basket Flames in Vienna to get more than just one victory in their record.
